Ten real courses. A hundred and sixty two holes.
Every one is built from public elevation data and aerial imagery, so the elevation changes, the green shapes and the trouble are where they actually are. Nobody drew these from memory.

There is also Limestone Links itself, three invented holes we use for testing. Par 12 over 1,143 yards. It is a decent warm up and it is where the driving range lives.
Why these ones
Because we can go and stand on them.
Nine of the ten are within about an hour of the house. That is not an accident. When a hole plays wrong in the app, somebody can drive out, look at the actual hole, and work out what the data got wrong.
Snowmass is the exception and it is in there on purpose: it sits at 8,000 feet with 294 feet of drop between the highest and lowest greens. If the altitude and the elevation maths are broken anywhere, they are broken there first.
As the list grows that hands on check gets harder, which is why we would rather add courses slowly and have them be right.
How they get built
Public data, not guesswork.
- OpenStreetMap for the shape of the course: fairways, greens, bunkers, water, cart paths, tree lines.
- USGS lidar elevation for the ground itself, so the hills are the hills and the green sits where it sits.
- Aerial imagery to check the two agree before it ships.
It is not perfect. Some greens are flatter than the real thing because the public elevation data is not fine enough to catch every roll. Where we know a hole is off, we are working on it rather than pretending.

No promises on when, and some courses do not have good enough public data to do properly. But ask, because right now the list is mostly just where we happen to live.
